Rescheduling Protocols: If weather forces a delay, RideRevive Auto Care reserves the right to reschedule your service to the next available clear day without any penalty to the customer. Deposits will remain fully transferable to the new date.

4. Property Access, Utility Requirements, & Local Regulations
On-Site Utilities Access (Non-Mandatory): RideRevive Auto Care operates premium mobile rigs equipped with onboard water tanks and power generators. Access to your water or electricity is NOT mandatory. However, the Customer acknowledges that in rare instances where an onboard tank or power supply runs low due to an unusually demanding job, our technicians may request temporary access to an exterior residential water spigot or standard electrical outlet purely as an emergency backup.
Workspace Safety & Clearance: The Customer must provide a safe, flat, stable working environment (such as a private driveway or designated parking area) with at least 5 feet of clear workspace around the entire perimeter of the vehicle/vessel. We will not service vehicles parked on busy public roads or hazardous inclines.

Fragile or Aging Components: Standard interior deep-cleaning requires specialized pressure, heat, and scrubbing. We are not liable for the breakage of dry-rotted plastic knobs, aging dashboard components, loose interior clips, factory emblem adhesive failures, or headliners that are already sagging or ungluing.

Maximum Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative financial liability of RideRevive Auto Care for any and all claims, damages, losses, or legal causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or negligence) arising out of or related to our services shall be strictly capped at and limited to the total dollar amount actually paid by the Customer for that specific detailing service.
10. Quality Assurance & Complaint Resolution
Post-Service Walkaround: Immediately upon completion of the service, the technician will invite the Customer to conduct a physical joint-inspection walkaround of the vehicle to verify that the work meets standard expectations.
The 24-Hour Dispute Window: If a defect, missed area, or problem is identified, it should ideally be brought to the technician's attention on the spot. If a legitimate service omission is found later, the Customer must file a detailed report with photos within a strict 24-hour dispute window from the time of service completion.
Attendance Forfeiture Clause: If the Customer chooses not to be physically present to perform the joint walkaround inspection with our technician at the exact time of service completion, the 24-hour dispute window is ENTIRELY VOIDED. By failing to attend the completion hand-off, the Customer permanently waives and forfeits all rights to dispute the quality of the service, file claims for missed areas, or allege service-related property damages.
Right to Remedy: In the event of a valid, documented complaint filed within an active 24-hour window, RideRevive Auto Care reserves the first right to remedy. We must be given the opportunity to physically inspect the vehicle and re-perform or correct the deficient service before any third-party repairs are sought or partial refunds are considered.

Immediate Payment Obligation: All invoices and service fees are due and payable immediately upon the completion of services rendered. Our technicians cannot leave the job site until payment has been successfully processed, unless prior written commercial billing terms have been established.

Severability: If any single clause, sentence, or section of this Agreement is found by a court of law to be invalid, illegal, or completely unenforceable, that specific component shall be severed, and its removal shall have absolutely no effect on the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses, which will stay 100% active and legally binding.
